Haha you don't realize that you going that fast in these cars. I think 18/19 psi... Realistically the safer better is to run 18psi on 93octane.

I want to get Draggy but I I already spend too much money this time around on exterior stuff lol. Plus I want to get bigger rims... Ah I thought I would be done spending money on moding by now lol.

You can hit 100 and you don't even feel it on the freeway... yea modding and spending, there is no end. Just have fun while you are doing it and enjoy it while it's not broken.

As long as engine and turbo running good than everything else can be fixed for cheap. I see trans used for dirt cheap for this car. Engine would be the only scary part.

Looks a lot better! How does it feel? Can't wait to see what he pulls out of the turbo.

Car feels more powerful than when it was on 18psi TT tune for some reason. Smooth and scary lol, but I haven't push it too hard yet until the tuner looks at the logs. I just hope I can get at least 18 psi with 93 octane. I don't think you can do more than that unless going Helix.

Did you buy his tune? He is a cool guy... He was looking at my logs from TT and responding to me and helping me out even when I didn't buy his tune. I don't know any other tuner that would do that.

Found a problem with the vacuum hose slowly leaking boost. Def replace your vacuum hoses or at least test them. Adjusted waste gate to 6.5 mgIH, I have some oscillation in my logs but can't feel them either. Next stop DS tune on e60 let's see if I can pull 550whp with the Helix and hold 500wtq with my spec 3 clutch and his tune.

Just wondering... What psi were you hitting peak & redline when you weren't on Helix? I am guessing that you were running 91 Oct. Did adding Helix add power on 91 Oct?

I would taper from 18 to 13. I was running 91 adding e85 to my stock hardware was always a crapshoot with errors. Prior to the helix I could run about 2 gallons of e85. Adding the helix let me take advantage of a full e30 stage 2 , but again thats not taking in consideration that a tune like that is not maximized for the HOD. We're about to see what my setup can really do very soon.

Just FYI I don't have the micron filter and Spool has informed me that I'm good up to 550whp with the stock filter. So that's my goal with the DS tune. Also my car is good with the stock filter on e50 on cold start ups. It's rough with e60 so full e85 might require me taking out the filter or other, lpfp upgrade, micron filter, etc.

I'll see what David can do about it. I also have to scale my MAF so that may resolve the issue too.

I already did the lpfp stage 2 diy on my car so I'm good on that. I was just thinking of going the filter/HOD/e85 line from spool with Bluetooth analyzer. All depends on the pocket lol... But spool is coming out with the intake as well similar to your and showtimes design that I want to get. I going to probably order the breather cap next month just for piece for mind.

Nice, a little overboost there but it does not drop off like doubles said his did, I am sure that is due to the tune! You going to Target higher boost at all? Has he messed with your timing?

Yes, he messed with my timing... I barely have any timing corrections... Here is another log with gear shifts:

Ok... That looks like you are peaking out now.. so are you close? How does it feel? AFR at 12.3 but Rock solid, I would imagine that's it until you get more fuel.

So just word to the wise about oscillation and Wastegate adjustments.

Here's is a log I just did after following a YouTube video on WG adjustments for PS2.

https://datazap.me/u/bmwdoubles/real...38;data=2-3-10

In this data log where I adjusted to 6.5inHg going between what the video recommended. You can definitely see WG oscillation. This maybe due not enough vacuum. Also potentially another leak. I'm checking for both and working with David to find out.

If it's the vacuum problem just beware. I also have renewed the solenoid and vacuum lines and WG readjusted the other night. So the WG recommended setting highly suspect rn.

What revision are you on? You're at least oscillate above boost target lol mine was below boost target. It took my car 3 revisions for clear oscillation. I have no more oscillation but car is over boosting during WOT shift. I send the logs to David for review. Only happens when manually shifting.... I wonder if the shifts are so quick that DME is having trouble catching up or something.

Enable the wgdc and you can see you're are still oscillating too not as much as mine. You may require more vacuum to hold that wastegate shut too. Ask David about that.

I'll check with him... I am already at 6.5in hg so I will go to 7in hg if he says we have to do that.
