Hey guys,

I found a lot of threads on this but I'm still not clear. Need some advice before I spend some money.

I bought some wheels from another member.

M6 343M
20x9 +32 265/35/20
20x10.5 +19 295/30/20
Michelin PSS

Stock m-sport suspension.

The front wheels fit nice with 12mm spacers. No rubbing.

The rear wheels stick out a lot. Maybe like 2 inches. And rubs. So I need smaller tires.

My current rear tires are 275/30/20.

Question - will the 285/30/20 fit right or will that still rub?

I currently have 18mm spacers with the 275/30/20, but I want wider tires.

Thanks everyone in advance.

From the pictures, it looks like the wheel width itself (10.5") may be too wide and contributing to the rub. A 275 is 20mm narrower on the tread width than 295, so that gets you about 10mm closer to the fender (20mm/2). You would also see a little relief from the aspect ratio of a narrower tire, as a 275/30 is lower profile than 295/30. Are you running 18mm spacers in the rear? That's about 3/4 of an inch.

Yes, right now I'm using 18mm spacers with the 275/30/20 but my wheels are more narrow.

So even the 285/30/20 will rub bc the wheels are too wide?

Will 275 fit the wider wheel?

These are my favorite wheels, I would hate to have to sell them.
