The n55 system is a recirculating system. Your maf sensor reads off air being brought in the system and your DME adjusts. This isnt a Honda where one can just add stupid cheap ebay parts and everything is sound and safe. Adding a BOV would be venting the air to atmosphere. If your running a system where the engine relies off of metered air and that metered air is getting dumped outside the engine instead of being reciculated what do you think will happen. Plain and simple you will loose power. It will throw everything off. Now the DME has to keep re adjusting. If your on an OTS tune which is designed and setup for a recicurlated system it will be off. Custom tune it will be off. Why would u want that? Only way to solve that problem is to run off of speed density meaning having the MAF SENSOR unplugged and someway blinding yourself from engine codes and engine lights. Doesnt make sense.

My tuner even told me if I got turbosmart BOV he would have to readjust the tune just going from DV+ to turbosmart.
