Just wanted to do a quick write up on my experience dealing with this seller (koanga). I contacted him via pm and purchased a 6WA cluster for my 2011 F10. He assured me that the cluster was in perfect condition. After paying for the cluster I found myself in a predicament with trying to find someone to code the cluster to my vehicle. The guy that coded my vehicle initially said he would do it but after a few messages between us he became unsure why he needed to do certain steps that the seller was providing, this made me very uneasy. I lost about all confidence in this working and got cold feet fast. I contacted the seller and asked if he would consider a refund. He immediately said he would, and also give me the option to allow him to code the cluster for a small fee. He assured me that he could get it working without issues and mentioned coding the exact setup on 2 other vehicles in the past week. So I decided to continue with this retrofit. A day later I was provided with a tracking number followed by links on what I needed to download to have the cluster flashed and coded to my car. We (he) started working on it two night ago and ended running into a snag with some software on my PC. The seller fixed all the software issues and asked to resume the coding the following day since we needed to transfer new updated files that would be used for coding. The following day the coding was completed and my new cluster looks amazing compared to the basic one. Took the vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was ok and it was. The seller contacted me to make sure everything was working properly which it was. So long story short this member may not be all that active on the forum but he knows his stuff when it comes to BMW cars. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to do retrofits. As an added bonus he even showed me to diagnose my vehicle for a TPM Malfunction warning I was getting.
I was hesitant on doing this retrofit but koang worked his magic and I am one very happy customer.   |

You really dont get anything extra its just alot cleaner looking. One nice feature is that the cluster is illumined in white during the day and amber at night. |
