Staggered Tire sizes for a awd car

How’s everyone doing? It’s time to replace my tires on my Vossen 20” wheels on my 550. Current tire sizes are front 245/35/20 and rears are 275/30/20. My question is do I stick to that tire size or do replacing the rear size with 285/30/20 do better since the Diameter are closer with the front tire sizes. Please let me know.

I am not telling you what to buy, but did your 550 come with 20" wheels of different widths? If not and it arrived in its OE form as all square, it's important to keep all tire diameters the same or risk damage to the drive line. I recall conversations on this forum where a person buying a replacement tire had it shaved so that it was of equal diameter to those already on the car. Therefore, it appears there is very little tolerance for tires diameters. It would seem that tires, no matter the width, must all be exactly the same diameter. Can't image there are too many choices under these circumstances.
