Wonder if these Brembo 6 pots from the CTS-V could be made to fit with some adapters?

They are the same type as the M5, but can be bought for $ 720,- a pair....

I was thinking about them
But I doubt they will fit with no issues.
And they are not the same as M5 brembos.

Guys,

anyone can help with the shortlist of things need to be purchased for this replacement/upgrade?

I would start with:
1. M5 Brake Caliper
2. M5 Brake Disc
3. M5 Brake Pads
4. Brake Lines??
5. Custom adapter for mounting??
6. Anything else???

FedM... impressive work!!

Interested in Purchasing these mounting brackets if anyone can help

Hi,

Im very interested in this post and would like some guidance on where i can get my hands on ready ( of the shelf ) custom Brackets perhaps some other people have already gone threw it and may still have the mould or 3d Cad drawing..etc when they ordered theirs.

I have an F10 535d M Sport (2013) and have already purchased Genuine M5 F10 Breaks ( Disc + Calipers + pads ) but inorder for these to be fitted, I need to either go down the root of changing my current 5 series F10 carrier and exchange it with F10 M5 carrier or do custom Caliper mounting brackets.

I have located an engineering company here in Uk who does these customs brackets but they take 4-6 weeks for 3D Cad drawing and need to send my carrier + discs + calipers and thats an option i am trying to avoid.

Any guidance please ?

Thank you

I am running M5 brakes all around on my 2013 550ix after my mechanic machined the brackets himself, love them.

I wonder if someone has them readily available? Vs someone custom making them?

Wow! So that's it?! Price? I'm guessing all 4 corners use the same bracket?
