blackberry messenger 5.0 for newer BB's...check this out!

I've been using this since Monday. Problem is that there are communication bugs with this. My wife uses BBM for work purposes and a lot of the BBMs weren't going through or were heavily delayed. She had to revert back to 4.x. The issue is that if you want to go back a version, you have to delete 5.0, thus losing all contacts.

huh, that's strange. my bbm has actually been working faster on 5.0.

I think it's the BBM system in general, but there have been lots of reports of this on Crackberry.com.

Mine is kinda acting funny too. One of my contacts says "Pending (Waiting for Authorization)" He's been on my contact list for like a month now. Weird.

They are killing all the links. I spent so long looking for a working link for the BB Tour last night but I had no luck. I guess RIM must not want it to be leaked out yet. I'm glad I have it though...I love it. I wish everyone that has my number, has a Blackberry so I could just BBM them. Haha.

The next iPhone update will be 3.5, and will include iPhone messenger. It will be touted as a breakthrough technology, with the implication that it further extends the technological lead of the iPhone in the market place. Never mind BlackBerry has had it for years. Anyone have MMS on iPhone yet? If BlackBerry drops the damn pearl, or perfects their touch system, I'm tossing my iPhone in the nearest pond.

When I first bought my BB Storm, I loved it. Now it's kinda like, Meh. I'm pretty sick of the whole touchscreen thing. I like to text, email and BBM a lot. Typing on a touchscreen is a bitch. I honestly can't wait to go back to buttons.

LMAO. The pearl works so well. It's so much better than that stupid click wheel they just to use.

The interface on the Bold is better than the previous phones.

Same with the Tour. I was using my friend's Tour and I loved it. Much better than the Curve. I'm seriously thinking about buying one.

Rather deal with an 'ugly' interface then a "phone" with a novelty touch screen and a keyboard that makes me wanna kick puppies

i have a storm also, sounds like u need a theme. breathes new live to your phone and alot are free/
