Xdrive and staggered setup question before purchase

Need some help before I make my purchase

I am purchasing some M5 style wheels for my 2011 BMW 550XI

the measurements are as follows:

Wheels:
Front 20x8.5 5x120 ET+35mm Center Bore 72.6 mm.
Rear 20x10 5x120 ET+33mm Center Bore 72.6 mm.

Tires:Conti DWS A/S
Front 245/35R/20
Rear 275/30R/20

Is this setup safe for my Xdrive system?

Is there going to be any rubbing?
I love the look of a staggered setup

Thanks in advance

IMHO 285/30 would be a better fit on the 10" rear rim and provide the same diameter as 245/35 upfront.

Yea I was thinking the same thing but the vendor kept suggesting the 275/30/20 for the rear. But overall is this a safe setup for the xDrive?

275 would work but may look more stretched than the 245 upfront.
And a little smaller in diameter.

Thanks, I'll ask my vendor to step it up to the 285.
