F10 M Sport conversion replicas
I've tried looking for this thread but didn't find one. I'm trying to do the bumpers and side skirts (I have a pre LCI and am looking for LCI parts because of the LED fogs) but don't want to pay for OEM parts since they're like 3 times the price as replicas, but want to know which replicas have good fitment. I don't want a misaligned or ill fitting bumper. I found several on eBay and am looking at the one from carparts wholesale. Heads up, my car has PDC and sideview cameras

Expensive and factory fitment, or cheap and iffy fitment. Choose one. You can't have it both ways lol
You can get it close to factory, but it requires a lot of mucking about with the bumper and various supports, using heat to massage the plastic (before it's painted) into the proper angles, etc.

Carparts.com (same as the eBay wholesaler) was pretty close, some alignment issues but not to bad. My diffuser hates the rear bumper though. My diffuser is real carbon and I can't for the life of me get it flush so I'm saying it and going to go with a M5 replica that's more of a Poly Urethane that fits the M Sport bumpers.
My new splitter just got here and it fits perfect, i haven't wrapped my bumpers yet, whole car is torn apart right now but now that it's warm weather I'm going to use some heat (sunshine) when I place it back on this weekend b/c I need to get it in for paint before my wrap. If I had to do it again, I would just go with OEM or let a body shop deal with the replica.
