If I want to replace in a pre facelift F10/F11 the 10 pin iDrive controller with a 4 pin iDrive controller the extra buttons PDC, Cameras etc will not work anymore.
Is there a solution for that problem?
Is there a emulator or something similar like that?
Or is it not possible?

I drive controller with pdc and camera buttons??

There is an emulator for it but its pricey. I think this is what you're gonna need if you don't swap out the ICM :
