Curious how u r getting around the 6th gear torque limiter on ZF8..... Many have issues with this after big power. Curious what u r doing to resolve this issue.

I haven't done anything, but I honestly can't say I have found it to be an issue for me. The dyno charts I posted previously were all done in 6th gear (1:1 ratio).

inlet

I know that there currently are not any more of the inlets at this time but was curious if I could get my hands on one. I recently just went FBO and have a stage 2 OTS map from BM3 and the current boost it running bout 14.5-15psi. and after reading this it sounds like I should get that replaced to get the little extra boost I can from the stock turbo

Definitely PM me if you would like one, I will have a few available. I am taking deposits now for anyone locking into get one. I am not sure it will help much with stock turbo, the stock inlet seems OK until you get near 400HP.

Az , I really appreciate what are you doing. This is the best F10 n55 I've ever seen until now.
I just got 2014 535i EWG and have done :
BMS intake
ER cp
ER dp
Remus axle back
KW v2

And mostly carbon fiber cosmetics all around

Bought JB4 with Bluetooth kit but didn't install it yet
Im not sure what route to go with

Jb4 , MHD , Jb4+MHD backend flash or bootmod3

I need advice from your experience or other guys whose tuning n55 F10

My goal is 400-450 hp
Its my daily drive also got I have 2 kids.

Mods in progress:
Intercooler (wagner or vrsf ? )
Wheels (20s or 21s?)


Also wondering if you got inlets available by this time

Everything has been great, car has been everything I wanted, and thankfully no major issues, even running around at 500 RWHP. Now tuned/modded for 3 years, since 60k miles.

Best I have done is a 13.1 quarter, but I haven't been to the track with decent tires. I just put on a set of Pilot 4S', and hope to get some times with these. I've taken several built Q60s which is a fun matchup since they are so similar, built Stingers, and other cars in the 400-500 range. The weight definitely works against these cars.

Wow, GLWS. It is worth every penny of 25k but it's going to take the right buyer I think that wants what you have built to spend that kinda coin.

Last dyno I did they didn't know how to put it in Dyno mode and it was at 476 but at only 14 lbs of boost. My tune will allow to 24 lbs of boost, so it should easily be 525.
