Tension arm for the AC/generator/Servo/waterpump is oscillating

Hello,

I have replaced the belt yesterday but noticed that the tension arm is oscillating, any clues if that is normal?

Thanks!

If that's the tensioner, then yes. It will move as it's constantly adjusting the tension on the belt.
