just another thread to show off your exhaust! let's see them!

Meisterschaft's EVC! here they are when i first picked them up! previous owner had them painted with high temp paint but was peeling off

Paint Stripper sprayed on and eating away at the black paint

95% black paint removed

Since the Meister's don't come with Carbon Fiber tips i found these Carbon fiber slip on covers that worked

I used T-Clamps to hold them in place

Very nice quad work, all that cleaning and attention to detail. As for spoilers on roof, trunk, and the splitters - super tacky. Enjoy this moment of your car tuning, in few years youll look back and wonder what the hell.

M5 Comp package exhaust installed from the stock 550i resonators back
With 90mm black tips (stock is 80mm tips)
ExhaustMeister installed (remote controlled exhaust valves)
OEM M5 diffuser

I can't believe how clean you got those to be. blew my mind.

I have a question regarding everyone's quad tip, especially the M5 exhaust. My doesn't seem to hang as low as everyone's. it's pretty high up, like an inch clearance from the top, and the bottom of the tip is flush to the bottom line of the diffuser. I wonder if it's because I got my M5 exhaust from Cat back instead of cutting just muffler?

Its possible? Could be just the way your muffler guy installed it. Now that you bring it up most photos I've seen the mufflers are cut exactly where it lines up just an inch or so past the diffuser so maybe they just winged it and thought this looks good to them?

Can you post a pic, sounds like your setup is how I would want mine to look. I just picked up the mufflers but I am going to wait until the spring to get them installed.

Comparing xxpanipuri to Ickdeep , xxpanipuri is flush but his setup is from the resonator back, and ickdeep's is hanging lower, but he just has mufflers.

I had the full system from the downpipe back. it was a pain to transport cus it's 11 1/2 ft long and 5 feet wide. but the end result seems worth it. the piping i think is 1/4 inch wider, and it doesn't have the pinched of the resonator like the 550i exhaust which most people (like myself) got an xpipe for.

Anyone have a good link or source for exhaust tips for F10s? Ive been wanting to get muffler delete but I dont want to use the M5 tips because I sell them if I like the muffler delete.

search for CYBA Tips, thats what i got...there's also other universal ones...that ECS Tuning sells.

The cyba tips fit the comp package exhaust (after removing the existing tips.)

Gotta find some full exhaust tips. Not just the covers. I'm going to end up removing my M5 mufflers completely.

make sure you get the staggered tips because of the diffuser you have.

in regard to the gray it's called Nardo Gray...similar or probably the same as BattleShip Gray

Muffler delete. I got these from ebay. I had on M5 mufflers and took them off. Took about an hour at the muffler shop. A lot people here complained about drone but after driving it around for about 50 miles, its not that bad. One thing, it is a lot quieter in the car than outside. I'll post videos and proper photos tomorrow. Dont mind the car being all dirty, been snowing the last few days.
