Paint splatter removal help!

So we had the garage painted and it appears the car was to close. I thought it was far enough away, but the wind must have carried the roller overspray.

Tonight I tried Meguires "fine cut" and no luck. Tomorrow I'll try the medium or heavy cut. Any other suggestions out there? The specks do come off with my fingernail or rubbing. This method might take some serious time.

Thanks

Yea Goofoff will do the trick, but it's harsh on the clear coat.

A few years ago, the wind took some industrial building paint being sprayed and carried it onto my car. I used a clay bar to remove white paint specks that ended up on my black car. It worked. Good luck.

Look on the can the product comes in and it should state what to use to thin the product with. This would be the advisable solvent to clean it off the car. It shouldn't hurt the clearcoat if you apply the solvent to a microfiber towel and gently wipe.

Watch out on plastics or any satin trim.

Try claybar or a polish. Worst case, just buy more paint and paint your car.
