3) Lower it, I went with springs but another options is coilovers.

Just to get you started
I had my windows at 20% all around but I had to replace it because I could not get it passed for inspection. I just had the windows tinted to my states legal limit (35%). Hard to tell in the pictures.

Reflectors is a good idea!

Being that I have 20'' wheels, how far could I lower it without rubbing?

Well with springs its static and I know plenty of F10 that have 20" and are on springs and have no issue. With Coilovers, you can adjust it to where you want it exactly. I'd recommend the springs first, its like 1/4 of the price and for basically the same look.

here's my 20's on KW Coilovers

and my 21's on the same coilovers

if you have the budget for coilovers i highly recommend it as there's many times that shops won't touch my car because it's too low but with the coilovers it literally takes me 30 min to do all 4 corners if i need to bring her up. i got a really good deal on mine from a forum member who sold his when he bought a M5

That looks great! Is it easy to install? I'm not very good with anything vinyl. Granted, I've made attempts. Lol

I tried to black out my window trim and it was a major fail. Had trouble cutting the vinyl along the edge so that u didn't see the chrome underneath. I tried to use your guide in the thread you created but none of the pics show since it's an old thread : I may attempt again or just bring to a shop and spend $300+ which I really don't wanna do. Did you tuck the trim underneath the rubber or cut along it

You can try using electrical tape for practice and to see how you like it. It's easy to work and will last a while.

No I bought vivid vinyl from amazon. Maybe I got something bootleg? Did you have to use heat gun at all?

I used the Vivid vinyl before and it's not the same as the Shadowtrim. The Shadowtrim vinyl is easy to work over contours without using a heat gun. I've had mine on for over 3 years now and it's still holding pretty good with no color change. The Vivid is a bit more thicker.

If i rate it out of 5 wrench its 2. the struggle is really just removing the door panels and making sure not to break any. Once the panel is removed you have 2 option. keep the original parts attached or just rip it out. What did is just rip it out. lol! make it easier. The LED strip i used (ALITOVE16.4ft Orange LED Flexible Strip Light lamp 3528 SMD 5M 600 LEDs ) bought it from amazon. More than enough to cover all four doors. Just had to solder wires so i can after the first cut of the LED strip. total cost is just less than $30.

Swapped my Grills

New to the site. First post.
Bought my 2015 535i m sport last weekend. Installed the new grills today. Thanks to the walkthrough on this site posted by LACSTER, it took 10-15 minutes start to finish. Now I'm trying to decide what's next...???
