F10 NBT Evo bench flash

Hello guys.
Merry Christmas to all of you!

I have flashed quite a few NBT Evo in F3x, but never in F10. Recently got a bench setup. Can you tell me step by step how to flash Evo ecu for F10 chassis.

You need zgw and oabr setup to be able to flash NBTevo on bench
