Play in the upper Wheel shaft 2011 535i

Hi All,

I found there is a very small play in the upper wheel shaft. When I steer the wheel very little to left and right, not affecting to move a tire, there is a clicking noise. When I see the upper wheel shaft as attach, there is a play, I guess the bolt does not fasten enough. I wonder whether this could be fixed if I fasten the bolt or replace the shaft. hope someone give me the tips. Thanks!!!

Test by fastening the Bolt, if does not relieve, you need to inspect the unit for damage.
