F10/F11 Air Suspension Help!

Hi All,
Need some help with my F11. Just had four new tyres fitted and since then it refuses to pump up the air suspension and is now sitting on the floor. I've checked the level sensors, the fuses, the relay and put 12v straight to the compressor to make sure it works. As far as I can see I have two problems now.

1. The car is not turning om the compressor even though the level sensors see its a lot lower than it should be.

2. Even with the compressor on the bags aren't inflating. i'm assuming a leak but I don't know what is most likely to have been clipped whilst the wheels were being changed. The bags aren't that old so I'd hope it being on a ramp wouldn't have caused this.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I am not expert in BMW air suspension, but I googled it and learned a bit or two. Not sure if you are handy or not, but from a few videos I watched seems that solenoid could be 1st. culprit.

Thanks! That video has a lot of detail so I might pull the pump completely and have a go. I’ve relatively handy, just not worked on air suspension before and I can’t see why it would suddenly do this!

She’s 13 years old and have done 164k miles, I’ve changed the bags on the back but that’s it!

I think working on such part especially on the bench is therapeutic or at least for me. I don't think BMW sells solenoid valve separately, but think you will find it online once have it in you hand and if that valve is the culprit.
