What to do with my 19" M351 Wheels/tires

I'm receiving a 2013 550i M package in late August. (BMW seems to have done away with the sport package which is what I have on my 2011 550i.) I am really not a fan of the M wheels that I am now essentially forced to get on the car, (just personal preference). I am looking into HRE or Vorsteiner wheels, something along those lines. I am going to go up to 20" so will need new tires as well.

The point is, I was wondering if anyone has anything thoughts of how to sell/trade in my factory wheels/tire setup. I want to have the new wheels/tires put on the car by the dealership before I pick up the car, so there should be no "real" driving miles on them.

Any thoughts/insight would be appreciated.

Use the stock ones for winter, since you live in snow country. That's what I would have done. Swap out those crappy GY LS2 with dealers for a new set of winters.

Some dealers will actually let you trade them in and give you a decent price, some will not do it at all as they would not know what to do with them.

Lots of people in this forum may be asking how much you want for the full set? Sell them here. Dealer retail listing, I think they are in the range of low $4000 .

Ya, it just doesn't snow enough around here that I really need snow tires, all weather with the AWD has always been plenty. I already asked the dealership to take them but they won't (of course). I honestly don't want to deal with having them around at all. I haven't decided what wheel I want yet, but probably something along the lines of the HRE P43S.

If you're getting your car in late august and you havent ordered your wheels yet, there's a chance you wont have your wheels by the time your car arrives.

I hope you get your car and wheels at your expected date.

Cheers!
