Do you have a picture of the connection to the controller? I have the early generation f10 and it has the different connection. Is it plug and play?

marmit2017 , This is suitable only for NBT equiped cars (mid 2013+ in the US/Canada) , even if the connection is the same as CIC one, won't do anything.

Do the mirrors require any splicing or are the just plug and play? And they just pop off right?

No, plug'n play on the 4 pin connector (assuming you have dimmable mirrors).
And they pop out, but don't use force

If you already have auto dimming (EC) side view mirrors...then this is an easy plug-n-play swap. I just installed these on my 2013 650ix GC and just posted a DIY: https://www.6post.com/forums/showpos...33&postcount=1
