boost issue

So Im new to bmw and I bought my 2012 535i about 2 months ago. In that time I've gone with a catless Downpipe and jb4.
my issue is no matter what map I'm in I maxing out at 9psi.

No codes doesn't skip or misfire and runs great. love this car. I'm hooked on BMW's.

Also when I get on it and let off my car stays at high rpms and take a few seconds to shift..

everything else seems to be great

so my boost is very inconsistent.

sometimes it'll build up to 15psi but most of the time I'm getting stock boost at 9psi.
any ideas?

Post a log going from 2K - 6K RPM at 100% throttle.

so I feel dumb.. when I downloaded the firmware I downloaded the hex file for iOS and I have an android tablet for my car to connect to my rev 3 bluetooth.

needless to say I downloaded the correct firmware and things are working great.
