front brake rotor size ?

Looks like there are 2 sizes available for front rotors on a 2014 535 348 x 30 and 348 x 36. I have a NON xdrive msport . Does anyone know for sure what size I would need or how could find out , Without removing the wheel and measuring . Does a msport always have the bigger rotors ?

thnx

It depends on which market your car was sold.

You can use a BMW VIN decoder, type in the 7 last digits of your vehicles identification number and all details about your specific build can be found.

I've done a lot of front brake jobs on 535i's and not seen one with the 348x36mm rotors as of yet. So far as I've seen all US 535i's are 348x30mm.

Input your VIN at: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/select.do

Be careful when shopping for aftermarket rotors. I see many size inconsistencies in front rotor size. If I am not mistaken, the 348X36 is the high speed braking option.
