Got the car somewhat completed and back on the ground. Here's an audio clip of a cold start and revs. You can also hear the TurboSmart dual port bov in the background. This thing is so much louder now and I love the new tone of the exhaust.

Black candy is sizzling now with that turbosmart, sound so badass. Any difference in performance since its venting to atmosphere?

Your garage must really smell afterwards while revving now that your catless.

does that bottom diffuser plate below the exhaust slap against it when driving? looks like it makes contact when you start the car as it bounces up and down.

didn't have to pull it off again like i stated, i had to re access and i was able to get it on so far so good

getting to the top bolt when removing the OEM diverter valve was fine. putting it back on was a PITA because the TurboSmart is a much larger valve so you can't line up your allen head straight on top of the bolt. instead you're off like 10-15 degrees trying to screw it down and there's not a whole lot of room to work in

Kies Motorsports has a pretty good review on this exact same valve. there's also quite alot of Youtube reviews on this valve. what's nice is this bov does both vent into the atmoshere and recycle back into the intake. I'll have to pull up some info to share on this as far as the computer having to make up for half the air being vented off to atmosphere. just like some of the reviews feels like it's holding boost a tad bit longer but than again it could be just me. honestly it just sounds cool. you don't hear it under normal driving conditions and you don't hear it when ripping through the gears. you will hear it if you run through the gears hard and don't throttle between shifts. the sound it makes is very similar to my bosch bov i had setup on my LSTurbo Integra back in the day.

garage smells like a muffler shop! but after leaving all 3 bays open it goes away.

so far only on cold start ups since the whole exhaust vibrates. after that it doesn't. no marks whatsoever on the diffuser tray or burning. this morning i had the wifey start if up while i watched it and it shakes for a bit but than stops. again just during cold starts

here's some shots of the VRSF cp installed. like i said, couldn't get it to slide up over the throttle body but after stepping back and re accessing what i was doing wrong i was eventually able to get it on and get the c clip to snap in place

if the lip flew off i'm guessing you did not have it mounted well enough. 3m/gorilla double sided tape as well as screws, bolts and nuts. my front lip ain't going anywhere

I used 3M tape, screws, and JB Weld at the seams. I hit a piece of concrete in the road and the lip broke in two right down the middle but didn't come off the car!!
