I heard good reviews about the H&R. They're the lowest-height springs offered for the F10. I haven't heard anything about the Eibach, but H&R is what the BMW guys prefer.
Keep in mind that your stock shocks will go out faster, regardless of what H&R and Eibach claim. If you sell the car/trading it later, it will be costly to replace the blown shocks. I suggest going with Coilovers. If you do it, do it right the first time (or you'll pay to get it re-done). There's a ton of reviews about H&R vs. Coilovers on this Forum. Example below: http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthre...1&highlight=V3 |

V2 allows you to adjust rebound, which helps you dial in the ride comfort. V3 allows you to adjust compression rate and rebound, which is too advance for most drivers. *Keep in mind if you have EDC (Electronic Damping Control - Not equipped with 2011 non-Sport), you'll need to order the KW EDC delete kit. Go with V2 unless you track your F10 often. |

I have used the Eibach on my E60 and driven 100,000+ km without a problem. I have H&R on my F10 now and is really a cheap price for it's look as I don't track my car. The H&R does a pretty good job and the comfort is still there, before the swap, it's too boat like. Now it's the way a Bimmer should be. I will swap to K&W if my shock goes, but by then I don't know if i would be still driving my F10.
