BMW F10 Programming near Frederick MD (Headlight module swapped out)

Does anybody know of someone that can code a module to my 2013 BMW 528xi that is near Leesburg, VA or Frederick, MD?

Edit: I need to get a TMS module reprogrammed for my car. I swapped it out. But do the TMS modules cause problems with the blinker? that is what is effecting my car right now, I have no driver side corner LED blinkers. Zero power. I've swapped out the TMS module with an aftermarket module and a aftermarket LED Blinker and still, there is no power on the turn signal.

Does the TMS module need to be programmed for the car in order for the LED Blinker to work?

I can code remotely if you have an enet cable and windows Laptop.

Hey man, had my adh left blinker and halo dim on my 2013 528i. Did you ever figure out what caused it or fixed it?
