Need help with CEL Cylinder 2 mixture too lean

Hi guys! So I have a 2015 528i xdrive and has 108k miles. I had a cylinder misfire on cyl 2 and 3 so I put new ignition coils and the CEL had gone away and now it's back but it's showing error code 114201 which is Cylinder-specific mixture monitoring through rough running, Cylinder 2: Fuel-air mixture too lean.

I ran some ista tests and attached are the screenshots of it. I am wondering what I should do next? Replace spark plugs or fuel Injector or I'm thinking it might be an O2 sensor? Any help would be very much appreciated!!

So there are several possibilities that is causing the issueI. And you do not want to be in throwing money at it to find out. Therefore I suggest going with cheapest and easiest route meaning change spark plug and see how is it doing.
The car has 108K miles so what is background on the car and what is maintenance history of the car, how long you have owned it, etc., etc.

I've owned the car since 2018 and car had cpo on it till 2021 so has always been meticulously maintained. It gets oil changes every 5k miles and had a new engine (timing chain broke at 50k miles and had a new engine put in from the BMW dealer under the timing chain warranty). It was originally a Virginia car which is where I bought it from but I'm in Michigan so it became a Michigan car and now I'm in east Tennessee around Knoxville area. Car also has a stage 1 ECU tune and transmission tune on it (just software flash) no other modifications or anything
