POWER Steering rack leak in strange spot

Hi,

The leak is at the top of the rack where the steering shaft attaches.

What seal has failed and needs to be replaced?

There was a huge puddle of Pentosin under the car.

The leak is so bad that no power steering fluid is left and the pump is making a terrible noise. I cleaned the area with break cleaner to see the source of the leak. It is still leaking with the car off for four days.
