Unusually warm, with some days in the 80s and even a day in the 90s.
Wish I could send you guys in the northeast some of this warm weather. |

91 in the shade, but a comfortable 69 in the house. I sat for an hour in the sun, reading. Need to replenish some fluids!

The high today was 83°F. Felt hotter, like 90. Tomorrow will be 10° cooler. Good! Not ready for the heat.

Our long-range forecast for next weekend is 60's F with drizzle!
Yesterday's high was a sunny 41 F, and remarkably it felt like summer when I was outside for a few minutes.....

The difference between the eastern and western USA winters this year is quite pronounced. Here in Oregon, we did see fairly cold low temps of 20F (-7C) at one point, but generally our temps have been above freezing, and we've had just a slight dusting of snow once.
Today's low was 44F (7C) and the expected high is 60F (16C). But rainy.

Woke to 15 degrees 🥶 this morning, sunny skies and expected high of 42 degrees.
Rain/Freezing Rain expected tonight/tomorrow with a high in the mid 40's Rest of the week, Rain on and off with temps in the 50's thru the 60's Weather really can't make up it's mind.🤬

Our two inches of snow and freezing rain finale may very well be the last snow that I ever see in person. Our forecast here does not drop below freezing for the next week, and highs are forecast to be in the 60's F from this coming weekend into early next week.
Meanwhile, the temps down yonder at our SC tree farm are going to be in the 70's and lower 80's F for that same forecast period, with lows around 60 F.....

In for a spell of mild(er) and wet weather. Been a bit dry in this region so the rain is very welcome.

We had almost an inch of cold rain yesterday, and today's forecast is for drizzle. Patches of grass are starting to show through in the back yard, which has been covered in snow since last November IIRC. With highs forecasted in the 60's F early next week, I don't think that even the snow plow banks will make it until spring on 3/21.....
