F10 X Drive won't move more than an inch, no messages

I have a 2013 528 i X Drive. It shifts from park to neutral to reverse to drive just fine.i just bought car at auction and transport driver couldn't get it off truck. No warnings or lights appear on dash appear. It cannot go more than an inch forward or reverse, and is locked in place in neutral. I have removed the VTG fuses 178 and 138, no change. No strange noises, just comes to a complete stop as if a wheel is locked up after an inch or so. Where do I try next? At the moment I don't have underneath access to the transmission release, and my car doesn't have one under cup holder

Have you checked the fault code? Sometimes it might be the door that is open and it wont drive until the doors is closed

Try checking the bolt on the ZF transmission that puts it into neutral under the car.
