Understood. As far as the CEL, I meant, are you getting a CEL?

Trying to see if I want to add a spacer on mine or not, when it gets installed.

Just following up to see if you're getting a CEL. I received my RM Motors 200 cel downpipe, and have an appointment this coming Wednesday. I'm trying to see if I want them to install this spark plug defouler I have or not, based on your findings.

EDIT: Based on spacing, I think I'll try my luck without the defouler first, and it looks like I can add it myself later if needed (without removing the downpipe). The bung on the RM downpipe also looks a little more backed out of the exhaust flow than the stock one.

Approximately 200 miles driven, no check engine light yet.

Ugh...I've driven 115 miles already, no CEL yet. I better not chance it and go today and attempt to get emissions tested. Thanks for the update.

Edit: successfully passed emissions, no defouler or simulator needed. Now to see how long the CEL stays off and/or the cat fails... My main concern was that my birthday is in September, so I was pushed for time to get my tag.

I am going to buy one from rm motor. Anyone knows whats the differences between euro3 and euro4 200cell (as on their website) ? More chance to get cel with euro3 ?

88.3mm (turbo side)should fit my 2011 pwg 535i right?
80mm (mid pipe side) should fit also?

It will fit, turbo side is good fit, exhaust side is tight. I have 100 cell euro 3. I bought it to reduce drone when I had M performance mufflers, It helped a lot, but drone was still there. I should of got 200 cell.

I have a 200 cell AR DP with stock exhaust, you can barely notice the sound difference

With stock exhaust, catless or catted, it gets louder slightly, not much noticeable at all.
