That noise is not from your exhaust. When it is making the noise, open the oil cap and see if the noise goes away or if it’s hard to remove.

Will have to try that, it comes and goes only when up to operating temp around 240ish oil temp. Possible breather hose ? or pcv. Also pulled oil cap off during idle, it dropped in idle had crazy suction holding it down.

Will harder suction from oil cap be a pcv problem?

That would be conventional wisdom for pre-Valvetronic engines. Remember that there is no manifold vacuum in a Valvetronic engine and any needed vacuum is generated by a vacuum pump. Personally, I'd still walk down the PCV/CCV diagnosis path if it were mine, since high vacuum should not build up with a properly functioning CCV even with Valvetronic as far as I know.

I will replace the pcv hose first as its the cheaper route, i dont hear that squealing all the time its random. Just that huge suction, so far no miss fires just typical idle jumping on cold start idle smooths out 4 to 5 seconds after.

Don’t replace that Pcv hose, that’s not the issue.

Exactly, proper functioning. Which is why I’m asking what I’m asking.

What could i possibly start diagnoising, and how id go about it? Im here to learn as much as i can about my car, i enjoy working on them, and trying to diagnose problems before they cause to much of one.

You start diagnosing by doing exactly what I told you. Remove oil cap while it’s doing it and see if oil cap is difficult to remove and if the noise goes away.

So i remember my e90 had the same built in pcv system on the valve cover i tested it by blowing air through a tube which let air in constant. Just tested this theory on my f10 n55 which let no air in not like the e90 if similar system. Tried blowing smoke didnt notice any going in at all. Im assuming the pcv system is doing its job right and this sound im hearing isnt anything in relation to the pcv/ccv system.

Update.

So after all my research and findings come to conclusion its the rear main seal going out, havent lost any oil knock on wood. Gonna get a quote for replacement from indy shop. Used tissue on pcv on valve cover, it sucked in, stopped, sucked in, and stopped kept repeating which factored that out.
