I apologize for the lack of a video yet. It rained today and didn't feel like killing a perfectly good video camera. I am already getting used to the exhaust and am feeling much better about my decision.

Well, I'm either getting used to the drone or something has changed. It's not nearly as bad as the first night.

Okay, I have a video of the exhaust. It is NOT an ideal video. I'd like to do one that is much more thorough. However, it's been raining a lot here in Dallas and I at least wanted to give SOMETHING.
When I took off, I almost immediately saw a school bus coming, so I had to let up too soon. That being said, here is a video of my Eisenmann race exhaust. It'll be much better if you have external speakers for your computer. It's a very deep exhaust. Oh, yes....my car is very dirty. Lastly.....as I've said before, the computer speakers do this exhaust system no justice at all. When I watch this video, it sounds a little bit underwhelming. In person is the only way to hear it. It is significantly louder than it seems on computer. For me, it's now settling into "perfect". Last edited by jnkirk1974; 12-16-2011 at 07:12 PM.. |

Okay, this exhaust has really settled in and is VERY SMOOTH and deep. Droning is really not much of a factor.....especially if driven in Sport Mode. Nice and deep. I can listen to talk radio with no problem.
So, now I'm trying to decide if I want to take it to the next level. Am I going to commit suicide, if I were to add a Supersprint Resonated X-Pipe with it? It speculation on just how loud it would be? In the cabin? |

Is this a service that most will offer? In other words, is it relatively easy for them to do?

Great topic! Does the drone only appear at ~2k rpm? Is it really not noticeable in Sport mode? Would love to see your updated opinion about the drone.

Exhaust sounds nice!
What is the main difference between stage 2 and stage 3? I thought folks were reporting a negative effect going from S2-S3, as I'm looking at going to S2 soon, because of this. Any thoughts? Thanks! |

If I had to come up with a possible negative.......it feels as though the car short-shifts 3rd gear. |
