F10 2010 n52 engine noise (stressed)
I'm driving a 2010 BMW F10 528i with an N52 engine. The coolant has been leaking into the engine, so I had to disassemble the engine and replace all the gaskets before reassembling it. However, the engine is making a loud noise now. The auto shop says it's a problem with the hydraulic valve lifter and that replacing the lifters should fix it, but I think the issue might be something else. What do you think?
