I would hold on this car unless you need the money today. Someone will see it and realise all that preventative work is worth a god-damn fortune and will get you closer to $40K.

Mines was also a 2008, not a 2009. The photos were taken by an BaT photographer. Aside from excluding a few photos I had very little input on the photos. I was immediately responding to all questions, including follow up photos when asked. If anyone bidding didn’t feel like something was properly documented i immediately responded. The only M sport feature I added was the headliner. The front and rear bumpers were the stock bumpers. The front bumper was on the car when I bought it. So, I’m not sure what you mean there. The stock headliner and all of the grey interior trim was included with the sale. The interior wasn’t in “concours” condition but (aside from the headliner) was completely original. I was also the original owner and had ALL the records. It was always maintained well above what BMW recommended. I even had a break in service done. It had also never been modified unlike most of the N54 135s. That was all in addition to the large amount of money and tons of time I put into prepping it for sale. It went to a great home and the new owner is loving it so I’m totally fine with how things went. |

If you are not in a hurry, other than the sites above, why not list it in The Roundel? Online is OK but I would do a listing in the magazine. I'm not in the market for anything, but I love flipping through the print classifieds.

Such a nice M Roadster and tough decision to make. If you're hell bent on the ugly M2 and it's big power S58 allure then sell it.
Personally I'd keep that as my forever car. I've owned a few F80s and as a current E85 Z4MR owner , the top S54 experience is sublime. No amount of turbo boost could replicate the steering feedback, top down induction noise and sillyness the little Roadster provides. GLWS 👍 |
