Here's what happened to your plugs when you run lean. I would recommend wait to upgrade your fueling before dumping more fuel. So for me here's what gets me to lean condition
PS2
Custom Ram
E85

Without the custom ram the PS2 and and 2.5 gallons of e85 does not throw codes.

As soon as Helix has all its kinks worked out I'll return with an update

Have you thought about RD Coil packs? Would that help at all? Increase your dwell time to make sure you are getting good/full combustion?

Too much air not enough fuel. It means the Ram air is working but my fueling needs to be resolved. The hpfp is our limiting factor. helix has a solution for me they just need to work it the kinks before I make the move. The VTT double barrel just seems like a lot of work i don't want to do.

As soon as they work through their defects. I think around March of 2020. I want them to work it out before Bimmerfest so i can track with it. I did the Roval at 2:14 and I didn't push it. I think I can get low 2 minutes with Helix.

glad i founf this thread. i always wanted to do this to my 640i ill decide if i will do this based on what ive seen in this thread. if i can get it all as a metal pipe that would be awesome!

Removing the oring from the stock inlet? It's more like a rubber grommet and you wouldn't want to remove that.

The reason and time to replace your inlet would be when you can exceed 18 PSI.

No not yet because the stock can handle the amount of air in comparison to what my hpfp can provide. Once I upgrade my fueling I'll put it back on and tune for it.
