Yea cheap included tape came off after one cruise to a gas station and back on the trunk lid spoiler. Roof spoiler holding tight on the included tape. Trunk spoiler was finally starting to grow on me. Decisions decisions.

so here's what i did today. after a year of almost smashing my back window i finally ordered and received the new trunk tension springs. so the first picture is why the trunk flies open. the middle plastic broke off on the end there.



and here's both sides completed and i'm happy to report no more smashing windows!

finally got the exhaust tips done! here i am before clamping things down is to check and make sure the tips sit exactly where i want them.



after than i went ahead and put the cf diffuser tray back on











i'm very happy with the way these turned out! it's what i imagined what they would be. now it just makes my backend that more aggressive!

lsturbointeg great job on the new exhaust tips. With the bigger tips on any difference in the exhaust note? Quick question, to get both wheels up in the rear where do you jack it up at?

thanks bud! i'm really happy the way the tips came out. was really worried there when the muffler shop said it's going to be a challenge but they were able to make it work as far as the bigger tips and exhaust note i couldn't answer that because of the new VRSF catless dp it's much much louder now. as far as jacking up the rear i still used the same jacking points for the rear except once i got the back end up pretty high i put the jacks under the lower control arm where it bolts to the frame.

Yea the inner lip where it slides onto the tb. Same black one and I ordered it from xph.

painted the cross bars inside the grill with Rustoleum's Metallic Champagne Bronze!


while i was at it i thought it would look nice to have the strut braces compliment it




i took it a step further and painted my strut bar as well

Nice work! How hard was it to remove the cross bars behind the grill. I've been thinking about doing the same thing.

Pretty easy bro. You do have to remove your front bumper. Than there's 4 torx screws holding the plastic grill in place. Pull it forward and you can easily snap those plastic vent things out. Than it's one Torx that holds the bars at the top and one on each side at the bottom. Very easy to get to those Torx screws with a long extension

Ok, I may do this soon. Actually, I noticed that mine are missing the bolt at the top. Not sure why. I guess I will need to find a replacement bolt, to tighten everything up properly.

Thinking about painting mine blue, to match my calipers.

So damn have the same issue as you did! Inner lip for the live if god won't side onto the damn pipe. So what did they do for you resend you the same one or did you opt for a different brand? I called xph and they want me to send pictures
