I get small flutter in rpm during cold start. Its completely normal. Rpm goes up and down around 1k then smooths out after few seconds.

It sucks. I hate the shake so much. My 535i does what you described at cold start and is also "hiccuping" or "shuddering" at idle, no codes either. If this is normal these cars are pieces of crap. No car should do this. I have noticed that like 80% of that goes away if you change it to sport mode. Which leads me to believe it might be dirty VANOS but I haven't tried cleaning them yet to find out.

Tbh havent looked into it. From what I understand this noise is possibly from the vacuum pump.
