2013 550i engine bay wiring harness

I bought this car from auction regrettably it looks like it was atowlen then shot at lol car should be fine over all except on bullet looks like it it the power line in the back left side if your looking at the car Can anyone tell me what this area is and maybe what yours looks like because Jesus it’d help

Any by any chance know what the hell this is . I cannot find anything on line about it it’s getting annoying
