And the award for the smartest person on the forum goes tooo......
I agree, 535 would be the best, but funds and timing did not allow me to obtain one. I am making due with what I have. And to update everyone, I got Remus duals installed - very nice sound and look.

Try to do a search next time my friend, this topic has been beaten to death.
https://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=929686 Here's a good one, most people go with the 535i exhaust muffler setup. Read this thread and make sure you are aware of the prep work needed before installing the exhaust. You can probably find the muffler from a yard or private sale for like $100-$150. The installation will run you probably another $100 plus the diffuser that you would want to get since your old one does not have a dual exit. All in all, you can probably get the dual setup done for on or about $500-$650 depending on how good you are with your sourcing. Good luck. |
