Hello, my friend and I are doing an install of the ambient lights from AliExpress on his 2011 f10. We ran all the wires to the doors plugged everything up when it comes to turning on car to test the lights they do not come on. There is power to the light module which is flashing red but no lights. Power and Ground were tapped into 10 pin I dive connecter. Behind the radio we tapped into 2 wires the green and orange and orange and yellow. I know that the lights will be controlled with the radio buttons is there something I need to do to turn the lights on with the radio? Any help would be great this has us stumped so far.
