With your build date you don't have the old n54 hpfp stylethat takes overdrive, you'd just get an upgraded hpfp from Spool or Dorsch.

Btw Precision coils are a subject of much debate. Many are happy with Eldor coils for half the cost and easy OEM fitment.

Edit: you mentioned gapped plugs - ngk 97506 are one step colder and a 22 gap seems to be a concensus starting point, also what my tuner told me. On that note, since you're going this far I think a custom tune is in the no-brainer category instead of using mhd ots
Thanks for the info, I appreciate it. A custom tune makes sense, especially since I plan on doing several 1-mile events, might as well get the most out of it after going this far. Turbo will be here in two weeks, and I'll order the HPFP next week. Fun times ahead...

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to whip an m5 just don't think I'm quite there
well you gotta have the supporting mods. PS2, fuel pump, eos module, m3 plugs, tune etc. should get you around 480+. Then gas that your using and boost should put a hurting on a f10 m5 from a dig if your AWD.

Make sure you have an upgraded inlet if you are going PS2 on an F10. PM me if you need I have one available for sale. You don't want to have to go back later and install it.

I've read about the inlets a little bit, I have the ftp inlet on order, is yours comparable to that?

Check out this thread, especially the posts near the end. The FTP part is close, but not quite the same, and several users have gone from it to mine.

In anticipation of the turbo which has now been shipped, I put in a lift to make the install easier. Its been on my wish list for a while and figured now is an opportune time to really use it

That's a huge garage for a single car haha

Garage lift looks great!

Wondering for those that already did the PS2, what is the turbo lag and pedal tip-in like. I do about 70% city driving so even going to a PS1 with my PWG would be an option for keeping every day drivability.

For me it doesn't kick in till about 4k but I actually like it this way. Car can fool my wife and feel stock cruising around the city then totally transforms once you get on it and go >4k

Get AZ racer pipe. It is better than FTP. And website has same looking turbo inlet as AZracer

Did you consider Nussbaum lifts at all when shopping for scissor lifts?

I think you have already plenty of power. If you want to feel it more, go with the M2 with manual transmission or at least, Go try one.
