Installed a new charge pipe and I swear I've been having issues first driver malfunction then I seen I didn't tighten clamps tight enough so I fixed it now my car is putting itself into Neutral and turning off
After clearing faults my car still keeps on turning off and putting itself into Neutral INSTA D report Pics of instal |

I will say you are the first bro to have this error. I've seen plenty of threads with guys installing CP's with no issues but your is the first with this error. not sure what to tell you other than maybe put the stock back on and see if you still get the codes?

Recently installed a VRSF CP on my 535. Right away I had issues with the engine surging at idle, along with some hesitation at low RPMs. I began looking everything over and found that I had forgotten to switch the o-ring at the throttle body from the stock CP to the new one. That fixed my issues. Hopefully it’s something simple for you as well!

Weird, I don't recall my vrsf cp coming with a new o ring. I used the stock one.
Maybe dumb question, but is that an open hole towards the bottom of your pipe? For meth or something...that's not plugged? |

Lol a hole in chargepipe that is not covered is probably your problem.

OK it's not the hole then
One other stab at this - is that rubber connection sleeve at the bottom on backwards? It's hard to tell on the pic, but is the wider part leaving a gap around the stock black pipe? It also looks like its not tucked the whole way up on the CP bc there's a bit of unpolished pipe showing....not that that's a problem on it's own, but wondering if that's possibly because that sleeve is on backwards. I think the logo on my vrsf CP pointed the other way. |

Yeah, my VRSF CP didn’t come with one. I forgot to take the old one out of the stock CP and install it into the VRSF one. Once I realized this mistake and installed the o-ring, the issue went away. Probably because it was leaking boost around the throttle body without the o-ring. Oops.

When I first installed mine I didn't tighten that connector sleeve enough, and I got a drive train malfunction when it slipped off but not neutral. But I think air is leaking out, which is why I asked about that hole being covered and that lower sleeve being on correctly
