I bought that tray years ago! The only time coins get stuck is when I overfill the tray.

I had the same prob this week a few wandered into the hinge area, you can without a doubt fish them out your self with a pick tool of some sort, then just be careful with some needle nose pliers

You can just pop the whole center console trim out if you can't fish it out.

1. Unscrew one torx screw under the arm rest lock cover

2. Lift the center console trim from the back up. They are just held down with clips.

So ive had this happen many times and ill remove the ash tray and then am usually able to get the coins out using my fingers or a tweezer. Relatively easy imo.
