Do you think is it worth upgrading the crank hub which is an issue it seems like when pushing extra power out of n54/n55 or s55 engines.

My understanding with that is only S55's are experiencing that problem. There are some threads about it happening to M3s on stock while on track or modded on street.

The general consensus for N55's is that they don't need catch cans, unlike the N54.

I can confirm we don't need a catch can on the N55. I've had the N54 and now my N55. My N54 needed it every 25-30k and it was caked on those valves. I just refreshed my seals on my intake and TB and it was light at 95k. I cleaned them with valve cleaner and and scrubbed them but honestly i didn't have too. The N55 PCV in stock is highly efficient.

These are not my valves but this is a N55 with high mileage. My we're slightly less than this image. This is nothing compared to an N54.

New update from Helix. The mentioned they sent me the wrong support bracket. The one they sent me is for the N54. The N55 will be available in a few weeks and they'll send it out with the correct bolt size M8x30mm

The only bummer is I have to take my manifold off again and in mount the HOD. PITA 🥙

Well, better they sent you the wrong model vs. them saying "oops, we completely got it wrong".
