My understanding with that is only S55's are experiencing that problem. There are some threads about it happening to M3s on stock while on track or modded on street.

The general consensus for N55's is that they don't need catch cans, unlike the N54.

New update from Helix. The mentioned they sent me the wrong support bracket. The one they sent me is for the N54. The N55 will be available in a few weeks and they'll send it out with the correct bolt size M8x30mm
The only bummer is I have to take my manifold off again and in mount the HOD. PITA 🥙
