Yes it is!

It's hard to be flexible on price with shipping the item because the majority of the cost will be from Fedex packing it themselves & the shipping cost + insurance for the item.

I have 2015 535i xDrive but I don't have that bumper... does it work on others? Also, I'm local and pick up if it will work with mine and it's structurally ok to put on.

It's a bit rough, its a good 10ft lip. Great from 10ft away, hence why I'm willing to sell an $1800.00 lip for under $100.00.

It will work, sorry I have not responded sooner. You can install it yourself or take it to a bodyshop for them to install it for cheap.
