F10 soft close door loud noise malfunction

My drivers side door makes this very loud noise when shut. Does it need a new actuator?

It was the actuator for the soft close. And the part isn't sold separately from the door lock actuator so you have to buy the whole thing. Couldn't find any used ones, cheapest one was actually from BMW for $460 🤭

Two years later and the rear one goes bad 🙃🙃. I'm looking at aftermarket actuators selling for around $100 vs the new OEM ones for $500. Anyone try the aftermarket ones? I just don't want to have to replace it and then come back shortly after and replace it again
