Never Buy from Discounted Wheel Warehouse
Hello guys!
Just wanted to give you a heads up. If you are trying to buy wheels from Discounted Wheel Warehouse, DON'T!!!! I have contacted them regarding BEYERN Spartan rims that i wanted to get for my 13 535i M-Sport, and talked to a sales person there about offsets and fitment, he asked me about the car etc. and recommended the right fitment for my car. Long story short! After receiving wheels and installing one front and one rear wheel on my car (to see how it fits), i was disappointed to see that offset was definitively wrong (Pics attached) So right that second i called this guys and was asked to email them some pictures. After 6 phone calls and multiple emails, i was told that according to their fitment guide this wheels fit my car, and they can't replace them because tires were mounted on them. How am I supposed to check the fitment of the rim without a tire???? So if you are planing on getting wheels from them, DO NOT!!!! Customer service is terrible and they don't know what they are doing, if they are telling me wheels fit my car fine (Look at pictures) |

The rims are 19x8.5 front and 19X9.5 rear
Tires 245/40/19 and 275/35/19 I'm not really sure what the offset is on this wheels ( Didn't see it anywhere on the rim) but offset is definitely wrong! lol So basically i did not receive the rims i wanted. |

Well, they do fit , just not correctly. The offset should be stamped on the back; look for the ET...

It was a huge mistake not checking the rims first before installing tires on them. But it is what it is. I already filed a dispute with my CC |

well that sux! I wonder what it would look like lowered? when I had my wheels done I did a lot of research on fitment and offsets to better my knowledge and understanding. not sure what you did in your case but before placing the order I would've confirmed they had the correct year and model as well as OEM wheel size and offsets. you could also have posted here before you purchased and asked questions and we probably could've helped. that being said your best option is to work with your credit card company cause it sounds like the wheel company is going to give you the run around. Good luck and keep us posted
EDIT: I honestly think that if they would have seen the pictures they would have obviously said the offsets are completely off and as a company should taken care of the problem. as far as checking fitment without the tire it could have been done. lot's of Youtuber's will post videos of the wheels on the car without the tire just to confirm fitment. I would ask for a company policy in writing on where it says warranty/return policy voided it tires are installed

Did you get your CC refund and/or send them back? "There are absolutely NO returns (once a tire is mounted) for customers who solely purchase wheels." But yeah if you spoke to them and they recommended the offset as fitting it's on them, not like you just clicked buy without due diligence.

Your tires are too wide. Anytime your tire overlaps your wheel, you can definitely spare to go smaller. That would help a lot. Lowering your car would also be great.

I had 20s with 285s in the the rear and there were fitting just fine. Yeah, going with narrower tires and lowering the car would definitely help a little, but I already got a different set of rims with the correct offset. Thank you for the advice. |
