AMBIENT/interior LIGHT HELP
I need help trying to figure out what is the issue with my light. It seems that when I turn the light up to max setting my ambient and the other accessory lights seems to flash and if I don't turn it down the light will turn off and I must switch the light off and turn it back on to make it work again. I checked all the fuse and all of them are good. Thanks in advance for the help!

interesting with the flickers. like ezaircon4jc said could be the switch or an electrical related issue. maybe a grounding issue? I would try swapping out the fuse to see if the fuse is ready to go?

flickers is with the camera being 4k quality. The strobe effect is the issue. Iv checked all the fuse and they all pass for continuity check.

UPDATE! FOXWELL NT510 cant read most of my modules. Very limited to what it can do. It is pretty much just a regular ODB2 scanner with little extras. Its more suitable for E series cars that claims to be able to code injectors and more.

I don’t know about an actual reset, but with Esys you can re-code modules to their original setting be right clicking the module in question, then hitting “code”. My thought would be to try the obvious first, disconnect battery and let sit for 30 minutes, then try to set the module to stock with Esys.

UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE!
So, I knew that FRM is not fried due to me testing it with ISTA+. ISTA+ can read the module but just giving error 58g fault. I added some volt step down (12v input/9v output) to each led strip that I replaced and it worked! No more error, light doesn't blink anymore! |
