So here's the thing... I like the look of the stock 550i quadrilateral style exhaust tips and I like the look of the M5 rear diffuser. Does anyone know if the M5 diffuser will fit on a 550i with the msport style rear bumper ?[IMG]undefined[/IMG][IMG]undefined[/IMG]

The diffuser will fit on the M Sport bumper, but will conflict with your exhaust tips. So in the end, it will not fit unless you modify your exhaust. The outlets on the M5 diffuser are closer to the centerline of the car, while the 550 outlets are closer to the ends. There are many threads on this if you do a search.

like bake mentioned you'll have to modify your 550i exhaust as the M5 diffuser openings sit more inward. I had pictures that showed both side by side comparisons but for some reason I can't access my photobucket. another option is if you plan on upgrading your exhaust to quad tips than that would be the best time to than change/upgrade to the M5 diffuser

Like they both said it will fit the Msport bumper but you might have to change the exhaust tube before the muffler to get the correct exit since I dont believe anyone makes the stock quad tips in the H patter to move the exit more center without modifying more.
