Carly Connected Car not working for coding

Has anyone had experience using the Carly app and adapter for their F-series for coding? I just purchased this and am having trouble getting the the error message "The Communication quality withe the currently connected car is insufficient for coding F-models." I have disconnected/reconnected, tried with car running/not running, reloading the app and no change. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks.

I had the same problem.
After disconnecting the Bluetooth from the car and connecting again with the Bluetooth Adapter it worked.

Thank you for the response. Last night I actually disconnected, deleted the app then reinstalled. Upon the redownload, there was a notification of an update. Once the app was updated most of my coding issues were performed as intended. The only one that still won't work is the comfort folding of mirrors upon locking/unlocking.

This function works only if you have the outside auto dimming mirrors.

Good idea. I actually have this option which is why I thought it was odd that this feature would not code. There is an update to this situation though. Yesterday the mirrors miraculously auto folded upon locking. Took me by surprise. Turns out I had to keep my thumb/finger on the comfort access pressure point for about a second. Then they work. So crisis averted. Haha. The Carly app is back in my good graces.

IIRC, the delay is set at a second. I coded mine to no delay so the mirrors fold straight away.
